I am a punk trans woman looking to make my state more friendly to my brothers and sisters. In my time in organizing on campus and statewide, I have become sick of hearing grey-haired individuals say “we need young people involved” while doing nothing to get young people involved. I want to make that space because it won’t be made for us. Especially not for young queer folks.
